In the zaishen challenge you can select which map / opponents you play against. You could add a similiar menu in TA and RA the leader of the group could select normal PvP, christmas snowball fight, or the dragon days dodgeball. Depending in which arena you were in you would be grouped up with random people, against random people or in a team, against a team.

A new faction (Dwayna's faction?) could be implemented with little gifts that you could unlock with it. (eg dp reducers, speed boosters, ghost in a box, tickets, etc etc etc). Along with this faction you could cram another PvP title in there similiar to gladiators if you wanted to (Player? Ball master [inside joke]?).

I personally would really enjoy this. I'd also enjoy a UAX title, call it loremaster or something (I really don't care) and have it go loremaster / mighty loremaster just like the PvP titles depending on how many campaigns you've fully unlocked.

i like the first idea where you can go back and do stuff from previous events

i also like the uas title too, but have it like the cartographer with percentages and have 1 for cantha and 1 for tyria and not have the title dependent on how many campaigns you have fully unlocked

I think that it would be better having it a ranked title rather than having seperate titles. If arenanet releases expansions every half year, like they intend to, your title bar could quickly become over-congested. Also, I'd like to display the most I could with those titles, instead of swapping back and forth to show off.

You could have another title that depends on how many PvP titles you've garnered. Say you max out 3 PvP titles (snowman, ball master, and gladiator), then you might get a ranked title or something.
